Banana Breakfast Shake
   

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Baked Bean Stew
   

Sauté onion and green pepper in oil in large saucepan until tender, 3-4 minutes. Add chicken and cook over medium heat until browned, 3-4 minutes. Add beans, tomatoes, and herbs to saucepan; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 8-10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. You can substitute frozen chopped onion and green pepper in the recipe. You can also prepare stew 1-2 days in advance; refrigerate, covered. Stew can also be frozen up to 2 months.

Grilled Tuna and Bean Salad
   

Broil tuna steaks 6 inches from heat source until fish is tender and flakes with a fork, about 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. While tuna is cooking, combine garbanzo beans, mushrooms, tomato, bell pepper, and onion in salad bowl. In separate container, mix orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, and mustard. Drizzle over the ingredients in the salad bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon salad onto serving plates and top each with a tuna steak. Variation: If desired, you can make the salad with creamed tuna. Drain 3 oz. white tuna per serving and break into large chunks. Toss with salad mixture.
