Chutneys and Pickles
   chutney is an eternal favorite. Made fresh sometimes for every meal to add zest to a meal.
Rice, Biryanis and Pulaos
   Rice,Biryanis and Pulaos plays an important part in Indian cuisine.
Kachumbers and Raitas
   It is eaten along with the main meal. During the meal it is normal to pick up any curry with a piece of Indian bread and also in the same bite pick up a little bit of the salad too. Raita is a yogurt-salad made with cooked or raw vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, onions, beets etc.
Masalas & Spice Blends
   Garam is the Indian - Hindi word for "warm" or "hot" and Masala is a Indian - Hindi word for "spices" or "spice mixture". There are as many variations of garam masala as there are Indian cooks. Widely used in Indian cookin

   India has excellent wholesome snacks or small meals that will just delight any gourmet.

   When greens are delicately spiced and seasoned they are transformed into tasty dishes that are popular with adults and children.
Indian Breads
   Indian Breads or Rotis are simple and easy to make. Most Indian women make fresh breads everyday.Most of the breads are made with wheat flour but there are others which are made out of rice flour, corn flour, refined flour, millet flour ("bajra"), milo flour (jowar) and sometimes even lentil flour (daal) is added to make the bread richer in flavor and protein.
Non-Vegetarian
   Non-Vegetarian includes meat, poultry, fish and other animal-derived foods.
