| Mix maida or all purpose flour, hing powder, salt, chilli powder, soda bicard in a large bowl.
Add enough water to bind to a soft dough.
Knead the dough well for five minutes.
Divide the dough in to eight portions.
Roll out each portion into a round shape(Like medium size roti)
Now, take a knife and cut it into small diamond shape.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Drop the pieces in to the oil and fry till golden brown in color. (crispy)
Drain and preserve it in clean dry air tight jar. |
